Shipping policy

At Herbalist Farm, we want to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. We offer shipping to the continental United States through our trusted carrier partners. Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand our shipping practices and procedures.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

The shipping time for orders varies based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Our standard shipping method is Ground, which typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. Please note that expedited shipping options may not be available for all products.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as your selected shipping method. You can view the shipping cost for your order at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. territories.

In the rare event that your order is delayed, we will do our best to notify you of the delay and provide an updated estimated delivery date. Please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or carrier delays.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In this case, you can return the items for a refund or exchange once you receive them.
